We can act as standby Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments for small fabricators, so they can have needed engineering support without additional overhead.
TO MEDIUM FABRICATORS:
During rush time we can be handy available engineering resources, which can eliminate time and money in hiring and training of new individuals and that way minimize project cost and overhead.
TO LARGER FABRICATORS OR END USERS:
We can act as a third party engineering firm or expeditor between end users and manufacturers and provide services like design review, drawing checking, welding procedure (SMAW, SAW, GMAW and GTAW for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and other alloy materials) review, NDE procedure (RT, UT, LPI, MPI, Hardness Test, PMI, etc) review, NDE personnel's qualification check, Quality Surveillance at manufacturers' facilities, inspection and quality control at manufacturers' facilities. By doing these, end users gets right products as per specifications at right time.
