Travelers Transportation Services has been in business since 1985. In October 2005, the company will be celebrating 20 years of providing "Quality Service" to customers in both Canada and the United States.

Jim Hicks, the company founder and president, had a vision of supplying customized transportation services, geared to addressing the customer's exact needs. Today, after 19 years, Travelers Transportation Services has built a reputation as a reliable transportation partner to many high profile manufacturers and distributors. Travelers' original, "Going the Extra Mile" slogan is still the main focus for all employees, ensuring service levels and complete customer satisfaction.

Travelers specializes in FTL and LTL shipments to and from Canada and the United States. We provide our customers with transportation, warehousing, distribution and logistic services on 48 and 53 foot air ride trailers that are fully equipped with logistic tracking for extra care. We now provide dedicated expedited service with sleeper equipped straight trucks through our new Travelair expedited division.
